DP-WRCJ-Fall-2015-fundraiser

Please join us on WRCJ 90.9 FM as we celebrate ten years of incredible music and partnership. If you aren’t already, please become a member today!

There is only one Detroit radio station playing classical and jazz music every day. If you enjoy the music and agree that WRCJ 90.9 FM is vital to the quality of life here, please join me in supporting it during its important fall fundraising campaign.  Contributions are welcome at 866-909.9725 or online at http://wrcjfm.org

WRCJ just celebrated its 10th birthday.  Since 2005, 90.9 FM has broadcast dozens of live concerts and connected listeners with local arts organizations.  Dave Wagner and Chris Felcyn have presented fascinating conversations with musicians such as  Lang Lang, Denyce Graves, James Galway, Leonard Slatkin, and many others.  Young people benefit from WRCJ through our collaborations with Detroit Public Schools and area universities.  Last Saturday, wrcjfm.org streamed “La Boheme” live from downtown Detroit; truly showing the world how Detroit performs.

WRCJ 90.9 FM wants you to sign-up and become a Member. Please support a great partnership: the arts and education.

If you believe Detroit needs a classical and jazz radio station which promotes local events, celebrates music education, and broadcasts live concerts by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, the Michigan Opera Theatre and many of the other cultural institutions like the Detroit International Jazz Festival that make Southeast Michigan a most special place, we hope you’ll contribute to WRCJ 90.9 FM today during their important Fall Fundraising Drive.

Arts and cultural organizations rely on WRCJ 90.9 FM to promote their concerts and events.  You rely on WRCJ for the world’s best music.

WRCJ is a partnership of the Detroit Public Schools and Detroit Public Television. WRCJ produces DetroitPerforms.org.

Please give as generously as you can at 1-866-909-9725 or wrcjfm.org. Thank you.
