Survivors of a shipwreck and sorcery chose sides when the Michigan Shakespeare Festival presents “The Tempest” by William Shakespeare. Directed by Robert Kauzlaric, performances areat the Village Theater at Cherry Hill in Canton Township on select dates through Saturday, Aug. 18.

Michigan’s Official Shakespeare Festival also will present The Bard’s “Measure for Measure” and Aphra Behn’s “The Rover” on select dates through Sunday, Aug. 19.
