Detroit Repertory Theatre opens its 2018-2019 season with a riveting story about two sisters, opposed in how they deal with grief, revenge, redemption and faith: Evidence of Things Unseen.

In the story, Abigail, an investigative journalist and atheist, and Jane, a stay-at-home mom and born again Christian, are diaposed in their responses to grief, revenge, sorrow and faith. In exploring the complications of life, the sisters search for more than truth. They want to understand the actions of others and connect to those they hold dear.

Opening night is Thursday, Nov. 1 and represents the Midwest Premiere of the drama by Katie Forgette. Curtain opens at 8:30 pm and guests are invited to stay after the performance and enjoy a free champagne afterglow with the cast and crew.
