About the Producers:
Jefferson East, Inc. (JEI), a placed-based, multi-neighborhood service nonprofit and its real estate subsidiary, East Jefferson Development Corporation (EJDevCo) build inclusive neighborhoods along the east Jefferson corridor and adjoining five historic neighborhoods on Detroit’s east side. EJDevCo’s goal is to prevent displacement of lower income residents and long-term businesses through direct real estate development as neighborhoods grow. Revenues from EJDevCo flow back to JEI to support neighborhood improvement services and programs that support healthy neighborhoods.
Jazzin’ at the Vanity is made possible through the generous donations and support received by the NEA, MCACA, City of Detroit, The Grosse Pointe War Memorial, Curis Enterprises and PVS Chemicals.
