Detroit Repertory Theatre Company presents the Midwest Premiere of Williston by Adam Seidel. Performances are through June 30 at Detroit Repertory Theatre.
Three energy reps travel to Williston, ND to get mineral rights to the last big piece of undeveloped land. With highly relevant themes of environmental issues, Native American land, protest, and patriarchy, Williston is a scintillating exploration of how business corrupts people, and the fine line between commerce and conscience.
This play has a strong message and contains strong language.
Williston will be Mr. Seidel’s playwright debut on the Detroit Repertory Theatre’s stage.
