The early bird will get a lot more than a tasty donut Saturday at the MSU Community Music School. Go-getters will get into a place where they will learn how to play music when the Michigan State University program hosts an Open House at its Detroit campus from 10 a.m. to noon on Sept. 14.

In addition to tasty treats for guests awaiting to sign up for your fall music classes, kids can enjoy the Instrument Petting Zoo and open-mic Karaoke.

Classes start the week of September 16th.
