A heavy snow strands a great detective and passengers that include a murderer when Meadow Brook Theatre presents Murder on the Orient Express. Based on the novel by Agatha Christie, the work opens Wednesday, Oct. 2 with performances through Sunday, Oct. 27 at Meadow Brook Theatre, located on the campus of Oakland University in Rochester.
Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks. An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, stabbed a dozen times, his door locked from the inside. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, detective Hercule Poirot must identify the murderer – in case he or she decides to strike again.
