  • ANTIQUES ROADSHOW: MANSION MASTERPIECES– Monday, 12/23 at 8pm
    A 1907 Robert Henri oil painting; late 16th-century diamond marriage jewel; an English giltwood cabinet-on-stand.
  • LIDIA CELEBRATES AMERICA: RETURN OF THE ARTISANS– Monday, 12/23 at 9pm
    Chef Lidia Bastianich travels around America to meet people who master artisan crafts including meat curing, coopering, jam-making, and cider-making.
  • DETROIT PERFORMS: ART PERSISTS– Tuesday, 12/24 at 7:30pm
    Cass Tech’s Harp Program; Photographer Asia Hamilton; and the Florida Keys. Plus, host DJ Oliver visits Norwest Gallery in Detroit.
  • CHRISTMAS WITH THE TABERNACLE CHOIR: FEATURING KRISTIN CHENOWETH– Tuesday, 12/24 at 9pm Kristin Chenoweth joins the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for a Christmas celebration featuring carols and seasonal favorites.

  • CHRISTMAS AT BELMONT– Tuesday 12/24, at 10pm Nearly 700 student musicians at Belmont University’s School of Music join faculty and the Nashville Children’s Choir to present traditional carols, classical masterworks, world music, and seasonal favorites.
  • A CLASSIC CHRISTMAS WITH THE BACH FESTIVAL SOCIETY– Tuesday, 12/24 at 11pm
    The 175-voice Bach Festival Choir, youth choir and orchestra present traditional holiday selections, Christmas hymns and carols, in celebration of the holiday season.
  • LUCY WORSLEY’S 12 DAYS OF TUDOR CHRISTMAS– Wednesday, 12/25 at 8pm
    Host Lucy Worsley explores the Tudor origins of certain Christmas traditions, from carols and turkey to gift-giving and mistletoe.
  • THE ORNAMENT OF THE WORLD– Thursday, 12/26 at 10pm
    Retracing an 800-year period in medieval Spain when Muslims, Christians and Jews coexisted in a manner that led to the creation of great works of art, literature, architecture and music.

    Celebrating contemporary masters of quilting and the role quilts play in America’s history; featuring Susan Hudson, Victoria Findlay Wolfe, Michael A. Cummings, Judith Content, the International Quilt Museum and special guest Ken Burns.
