News from the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts and the Lorenzo Cultural Center:
We hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy during this tumultuous time. In order to comply with governmental guidelines and recommendations both the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts and the Lorenzo Cultural Center are closed, and all events cancelled through April 12. Additional events beyond April 12 have also been cancelled with more cancellations likely as we hear from the many community partners and organizations whose events we host. We are working with the professional tours and community partners to find dates to reschedule as many of the performances and events as possible. Please check macombcenter.com for the latest information.
We are currently focusing on combating the spread of COVID-19 and insuring the health and safety of our patrons, performers and staff. The Box Office is also closed through April 5. We assure you that we will be working with each patron to give them the latest information and handle their ticket needs as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Like you, we are anxious and concerned about everything that is happening. The arts have always been a place to find peace and solace, especially during troubling times. We regret that current circumstances don’t allow us to do so and look forward to being here for you as soon as possible. Until that time, be well and take care of yourself as well as those that need our help.
